Reimagining Classic Mosaics in Seattle, WA.

Inspiration struck when Lisa Staton envisioned a custom mosaic pattern inspired by vintage porcelain tiles for a project in a historic Seattle neighborhood.

Collaborating closely, we worked hand in hand with the team at Lisa Staton Design to bring the vision to fruition, modernizing the style with durable glass while preserving its classic charm.

vintage rug-tile mosaics

a sophisticated oasis

This primary en suite is more than just a bathroom, dressing room, or closet - it's an escape from the ordinary.

Custom details such as the intricate mosaic borders help define each unique space within the larger room. Lisa designed the custom floral pattern that fills the center and cohesively ties everything together.

From some inspiration images of vintage mosaic tiles, Lisa created a custom design and sent it to our team at Ambiente.

We provided color swatches for selections and then worked with the factory to create a rendering of her pattern.

CONNECT WITH A TILE EXPERT

Upon approval of colors and the rendering, the factory provided a sample strike-off to confirm selections. After that, the mosaic was produced and laid out in its final installation format.
