health & safety

The health and safety of our employees, clients, and the public is our number one priority. We are adapting to meet the situation by offering new services and ways to select tile from the comfort of your new home office.

ONLINE resources

Our website is an excellent tool as you make tile selections. Go to the ALL TILES page to navigate tile by material, color, size, and other criteria. To browse by collection, click PRODUCTS at the top of the menu.

Add your favorites by clicking the bookmark in the corner of the tile. This adds the tile to your scrapbook. To order samples, navigate to the SCRAPBOOK by clicking the bookmark.

by appointment only

The showroom is still open, but you must make an appointment with a designer beforehand. Our showroom staff will not come to work if they are feeling ill. To ensure both your safety and the safety of our staff, we offer hand sanitizer and have increased all hygienic practices in the showroom. Please do not visit the showroom if you are feeling ill.

contactless consultations

We are now offering virtual design consultations via video conference. This is perfect for homeowners and interior designers. Afterwards, we will send you an email detailing the products discussed and decisions made. We will also include high-resolution images of any tile selections.

Are you planning a custom mosaic? First, go to our Completely Custom page to view our custom mosaic collections. Then use visualizer tools from the following vendors to pick out your pattern and stones without leaving your office!

Please note some resources are available only to our showroom designers, for example the Mosaique Surface visualizer. We are happy to conduct a screenshare video meeting to collaborate on your custom mosaic design.

Even if the situation changes and the showroom closes, our showroom designers are available by phone, virtual meeting, and email. We are here to support you throughout your design! We are happy to provide samples, brochures, and high-resolution images to assist with your projects.
